Age Verification Policy

This Age Verification Policy explains how the Platform uses Ageevidence and other trust-and-safety controls to reduce the risk of minors accessing adult content and to verify creators before they can monetize.

1. Minimum Age Requirement

All users must be at least 18 years old. If the law where you live sets a higher age of majority for access to adult services, you must meet that higher standard.

2. Member Age Assurance

To access all or part of the Platform, members may be required to complete age assurance or identity checks. Depending on risk, market, product feature, or legal requirement, these checks may include:

• age estimation;
• liveness or selfie checks;
• document verification;
• database or device checks;
• repeated or step-up verification; and
• other anti-circumvention or trust-and-safety controls.

These checks may be performed by Ageevidence or another provider we designate.

3. Creator Full KYC

Creators must complete full KYC before they can publish, message as a creator, monetize, receive routed payments, or be listed on the Platform. Depending on risk and legal requirements, full KYC may include:

• government-issued ID;
• selfie or liveness verification;
• biometric comparison or anti-spoofing checks;
• sanctions, watchlist, duplicate-account, fraud, or adverse-media screening;
• proof of address, business, beneficial-owner, or tax information; and
• source-of-funds or source-of-wealth information.

4. Re-Verification and Ongoing Checks

We may require re-verification for members or creators at any time, including when there is:

• unusual activity;
• a market or legal change;
• a wallet or account change;
• a complaint, appeal, or safety concern;
• suspected circumvention; or
• other material compliance risk.

5. Failed or Refused Verification

We may deny or limit access if age assurance or KYC is unavailable, incomplete, inconsistent, unsuccessful, or otherwise unsatisfactory. We may also restrict accounts that appear to use false information, synthetic identities, forged documents, VPNs, or similar circumvention tools.

6. No Guarantee; Residual Risk

Age assurance and KYC reduce risk but do not eliminate it. Use of Ageevidence or other verification tools does not make the Company the guarantor of any person's age, identity, legality, or conduct. Creators remain solely responsible for the age, consent, rights, and legality of their content and collaborators.

7. Data Handling

Verification media and related data may be processed by us and by our vendors, including Ageevidence, as described in our Privacy Policy. We may retain verification records for safety, fraud prevention, legal defense, and compliance for as long as reasonably necessary or legally required.
